Khojaly Remembrance

On Friday, the 29th of February, at 7:00 PM at 145 Dwinelle we will be having Thomas Goltz at UC Berkeley to talk about the Khojaly Massacre.

Spring Semester's First General Meeting

This semester's first general meeting is Wednesday,
January 30th at 109 Dwinelle at 7:00 PM.
Refreshments will be served. So come by and meet your fellow TSAB members and make new friends. 

 

Movie Night

TSAB will be having its second movie night on Thursday November 15th from 6-8pm at 24 Wheeler. We will be showing "Monsieur Ibrahim," a French film made in 2003 that has garnered rave reviews, starring Omar Sharif.
There will be English subtitles.
Come take a break from life and join us in watching this classic. Admission price is $1.

2005 that has garnered rave reviews. Come take a break from life and join us in watching this classic. Admission price is $1. We will also be selling cookies to snack on.

First General Meeting 09/12/2007

In our first general meeting, we discussed this semester's activities and also we had some delicious Turkish Delights :) This semesters activities include:

 Dollar Movie nights which will be held each month so you can get a break from all the studies, sit back and relax while watching a movie with your friends and club members. Email us and let us know about your movie suggestions.

Lectures: we will be hosting a few lectures about the history and current events in the Turkic nations. Again we would like to know what you want to learn.

Cultural events: we are getting together a dance group so we can participate in cultural event on campus such as CAL Day at I House or at Perspectives. Shoot us an email if you are interested in being in the dance group or you can sing, play a musical instrument, dance, etc.

Social Events: we will be hosting an End-of-the-semester-dance-party!
